Mission Statement - Our mission is to provide of high quality web communities with interactive gateways, providing services and tools for businesses and consumers. Continuing to maintain our position at the forefront of virtual vertical communities. Our design based on the solid implementation of human community interaction coupled with Strategic Vertical Community Alliance Partners in support of value creation for communities of practice.
Methodology - Web enabled, proven technology is the foundation which CCG deploys standard life cycle management methodology which begins with Strategic Business Planning coming full circle to eBusiness Deployment. This process is continuous as many factors can change in the course of a successful business requiring the need to adapt. The core of our methodology hinges on clear communications, cohesive cultures and total commitment.
Our Team - Commerce Consulting Group’s primary strength lies in its core team, which combines experience from backgrounds as diverse as manufacturing, investment banking, advertising, consultancy, CRM specialist, marketing, database management, multimedia programming and corporate executives. The team’s experience and skill sets, while being diverse, are also complementary, thereby creating a cohesive unit. The majority of CCG’s core technology team have worked together over 10 years, accomplishing many technological success including the developing the application that runs the unmanned space shuttle.
Our team leverages these diverse backgrounds to understand the fundamental needs of vertical communities; community-orientated education and information, collaborative capabilities, marketing on-demand and products and service offerings accordingly. The core team has been augmented by the induction of Vertical Community Heads, aligning with Vertical Community Alliance Partner with domain expertise to the team; and Business Development Managers, who with their in-depth knowledge of markets.
